These videos are designed to supplement your daily protocol, providing targeted support in three key areas:

Mechanics - When you’re having trouble fixing part of your pitch through the daily protocol, these videos are here for you to work on specific parts of your pitch.

Body Awareness - The second most important skill a pitcher needs (behind a solid mental game) is being able to feel her body. These videos focus on increasing feel for your body and pitch.

Arm Circle - If your arm circle is off, stop everything you’re doing and focus on this. Your body will always have to compensate to help the pitch go straight, so there’s no point working on mechanics if there’s a hitch in your circle. Fix the arm circle FIRST before moving back to mechanics.
