A clean arm circle is critical for your pitch to be efficient. Once your arm circle develops a hitch or gets offline, your body will compensate to help you throw straight. When this happens, it’s honestly pointless to work on fixing your mechanics, because the cause isn’t being addressed.
These drills, especially the 5 part series, are the best way to straighten out your arm. It’s a simple fix, but also difficult because it’s hard to feel your arm path as your coming up the front of your circle. Be diligent, take your time, and GO SLOW when you start working on this.
