Riseball
These are the drills we use to teach a deadly rise ball. Once you’ve moved past the learning phase and found your rhythm, take ownership of your progression. Select the specific drills that help you lock in your spin and stick with those. We prioritize quality over quantity; focus on the reps that get results so you can stay efficient and purposeful with your training.

Spin is king, and only our fingers can spin the ball. If we want them to continuously work they way we want and expect them to work, we need to make sure we take care of them!

These riseball spinners are one of the greatest tools to really feel your spin. You can also use a lined ball to see the spin, but we both like how much you can feel it with the half ball. The spinners will help you focus on getting the right and tightest spin! A great tool to learn, as you get immediate feedback from your spin.
