One Unhittable Changeup.
7 Days. 7 Lessons.
Join the 7 day Pitcher U Challenge this April!
What You’ll Master
Each day you’ll receive a video to follow along with as well as a journal prompt.
During these 7 days, we’ll cover:
The release
Throwing hard
Mixing with your other pitches
(Most importantly) The mental hurdles related to this pitch
The hardest part about the change up is throwing it hard. By mastering the release and the mental side, you’ll have a devastating off speed just like Nicole.

"Does it cost anything?" The 7-day challenge is 100% free.
"What if I miss a day?" No problem! All videos will stay live for the duration of the challenge. If you miss a day, just jump back in! You can still catch up and enter the giveaway as long as your progress videos are posted by the final deadline.
“What equipment do I need?” All you’ll need are your glove, a ball, a net or catcher, journal or notes app, and your phone to record your progress. Plyo or weighted balls recommended but not necessary.
