Once you get a feel for the release, it’s time to move on to K’s. This can be a great drill, but it can also be a very difficult drill because it's very easy to do wrong. We cover all the things to focus on to make sure you get everything you can out of your K’s.
We recommend achieving 80% consistency before moving on.

Now that you’ve got the load down, we want to make sure you’re getting the most out of your push off. Your push off will make or break your pitch, so we it's important to break it down and talk about exactly what we want to see, as well as give you some tips to improve it.
-
Now that you’ve put together and timed up your wind up and you know how your pitch should feel, it’s time to put it all together!
Initial goal - release feels right 80% of the time. From there, we build consistency.
