I love the 14 inch ball for curves! It really teaches you to be patient, throw straight, and use your fingers. It’s frustrating at first, but once you get it, it makes a huge difference.

The 14 inch ball is a great tool for any part of your pitch progression, but I really love having my pitchers throw it from the mound to get the most out of it.
